Elexoma™ Medic can be safely used by patients who have had knee or hip replacements and any other type of prostheses or metal implants.
Treatment should only be applied once the cause of pain has been diagnosed by a qualified doctor or physician. The following patients SHOULD NOT use Elexoma™ Medic unless it is used under medical supervision:
- Persons with a serious infection, e.g. meningitis, encephalitis, malaria, etc. A medical practitioner should first be consulted.
- Persons with a heart pacemaker. A medical practitioner should first be consulted.
- Persons with acute thrombosis or recent unstable heart conditions, e.g. heart failure, etc. (less than 6 months ago)
- Persons suffering from epilepsy
- Pregnant women
- Cancer patients
- The effects of Elexoma™ Medic on infants and children under the age of four (4) have not been tested and it is therefore contra-indicated for all children under the age of four (4).
